HODGES, Chairman Judge.

This litigation presently consists of six actions: 1 two actions in the Northern District of Iowa and one action each in the Northern District of Illinois, the District of Minnesota, the Eastern District of Texas and the Southern District of Texas. 2 Be fore the Panel is an amended motion by all defendants, 3 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407, to centralize the actions in the Northern District of Illinois for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings.
