ALLSTATE INSURANCE CO. Andron Francis filed a complaint against Allstate Insurance Co. (“Allstate”) alleging claims of bad faith and failure to investigate. On April 22, 2024, the trial court granted Allstate’s motion for summary judgment, finding that Francis was not a policyholder of Allstate and thus not within privity of contract.
