OPINION AND ORDER
CASELLAS, District Judge.
On February 24, 1993 (Docket # 1), Plaintiff Fajardo Shopping Center, S.E (hereinafter “FSC”) filed this action against defendant Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Puerto Rico (hereinafter “SAIC”) to recover insurance policy benefits in connection to the damage to certain property sustained during the passage of Hurricane Hugo over Puerto Rico in 1989.
