The appellee filed a bill for injunction against the city tax collector to prevent a sale for taxes of lots 5 and 6, block L. North Park addition, in the city of Jackson, Miss., upon which is situated a house owned by the appellee and used in housing nurses in the employment of the hospital. The bill alleged: That the complainant was incorporated under chapter 24, Code of 1906.
