Liberty USA Corporation (“Plaintiff’) brings this action against Buyer’s Choice Insurance Agency LLC (“Buyer’s Choice”) and Terry S. Jacobs (“Jacobs”) seeking to recover $183,333.00 it claims to be due and owing on a Promissory Note.
