This is the type of appeal in which an appellate court finds it exceedingly difficult to write a concise opinion. Appellant’s opening brief, which ran to sixty-five pages, wholly fails to comply with Rule 5(b). Rules of the Supreme Court, 17 A.R.S., in that there is no short and clear statement disclosing the nature of the action, the issues, and how these issues were decided.
