FRIEDMAN, Judge.

Millcreek Township School District (District) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County which affirmed an order of the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board (PLRB or Board). We affirm.

This case arises over a supplemental coaching contract between the District and Peter Flinn, 1 which gave Flinn the position of head basketball coach for the District’s high school varsity basketball team.
