The plaintiff, as administrator of the estate of B. B. Williams, Sr., deceased, brought this action against the defend ant, Jefferson Standard Life Insurance Company, to recover judgment in the sum of $2,995.00, based on the issuance of an insurance policy on the life of Braxton Bragg Williams (who is the same person as B. B. Williams, Sr.). The policy bore date December 16, 1912, and was in the face amount of $10,000.00. The insured died March 19, 1929.
