Appellant, Green Tree Servicing, LLC f/k/a Conseco Finance Servicing Corp., appeals from the trial court’s grant of appel-lees’, Ralph D. Woods and Karen Woods, no evidence motion for summary judgment on standing, capacity, and chain of title.
