ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO COMPEL ARBITRATION AND TO STAY LITIGATION

This cause comes before the Court upon Defendant State Farm Fire’s Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay Litigation, or, in the Alternative, Dismiss the Complaint, filed January 24,1995 (D.E. # 2), and Defendant’s Request for Modification of Scheduling Or der for Pretrial Conference and for Jury Trial, filed June 5, 1995 (D.E. # 9).
