Before this Court is an appeal from a decision of the Zoning Board of Review of the Town of West Warwick (the "Board") brought by Paul Cunha, Elena Cunha, Michael Cunha, and Karolye White (collectively "Appellants"). Appellants seek reversal of the Board's decision to deny their application for a special use permit to construct a four-unit, multi-family dwelling.
