Affirming.

In an action instituted by appellant in the Breathitteircuit court, upon a writing, claimed to have been executed by appellee as a promissory note to appellant,, appellant was denied recovery thereon and judgment was rendered in favor of appellee against appellant for the sum of $500 upon her counterclaim.
