Reversing.

The chief and most serious contention herein is over the custody of a child.

The appellant and appellee were married in Harlan County, Kentucky, on June 24, 1929. Por a time succeeding their marriage they resided with the parents of the appellee near Kettle Island in Bell County, after which they moved to Lynch in Harlan County, where they lived until their separation on 'May 18,1942.
