Appellant filed a claim for compensation before the Industrial Board, and her claim was denied for want of jurisdiction. At the hearing of said claim there was an agreed statement of facts on which the board should decide the questions involved; and said facts should be taken by the said Industrial Board as true for the purposes of this hearing, and all subsequent hearings before the Industrial Board or on appeal from any decision thereof, which agreed statement of facts is in substance as follows: That appellant, Anna L.
