Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Burton G. Hecht, J.), rendered May 5, 1995, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him to a term of lVs to 4 years, unanimously affirmed.

The court properly declined to adjudicate defendant a youthful offender (YO). At the time of defendant’s guilty plea, the court promised YO treatment and probation on the conditions that defendant return for sentencing and avoid any further difficulties with the law.
