The City of Johnstown appeals from a judgment entered against it non obstante veredicto.

The plaintiff contracted with defendant for the construction of two bridges and, failing to complete them within the time stipulated therefor, quit the work, which was finished by the municipality. The contracts contained provisions applicable in the event of abandonment of the work, appearing in the reporter’s statement of the facts.
