FOLLAND, Justice.

Plaintiff brought suit to quiet title to 960 acres of land located in Box Elder county, naming several defendants. Veda Doutre is the only defendant contesting the suit and is the only appellant. By her answer she denied the allegations of the complaint, and by counterclaim set up an interest as assignee of Hyrum Kidman in two contracts for the sale of the land in question made in 1917.
