MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
JAMES F. QUEENAN, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This case presents the question of the effect a bankruptcy filing has upon real estate attachments which are about to expire. Also involved are questions concerning the validity under Massachusetts law of a levy upon a wife’s interest as a tenant by the entirety, the valuation of the respective interests of a husband and wife in such a tenancy, and the effect upon the debtors and their creditors of an assignment for the benefit of creditors.
