This is a suit to recover a privilege tax paid under protest. The chancellor dismissed the hill.

The complainant is a corporation operating a line of trucks between Nashville and Chattanooga for the transportation of freight. The stipulation upon which the case was tried recites that it has paid a privilege tax levied hy the State of Tennessee and a privilege tax levied hy the County of Hamilton, but it denies its liability for a privilege tax to other counties which its route traverses.
