Order unanimously reversed on the law with costs and motion denied. Memorandum: On July 29, 1984, Amy and Brian Parker hosted a birthday party at their home. Brian Parker and a guest erected a volleyball net in the backyard and later, Louis Arces and his family arrived with a slip-n-slide game. This toy consists of a plastic sheet about 15 to 18 feet long. One end is attached to a garden hose so that water can run onto the sheet. Children then slide on the wet plastic.
