MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Gabrielle Haralson has sued defendant Management & Training Corporation (“MTC”) for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and negligent supervision. (Am. Compl., May 13, 2010 [dkt. #8].) Before the Court is MTC’s motion to dismiss the claim of fraud for failure to plead with sufficient particularity pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) and 9(b) and all claims as barred by the statute of limitations.
