*473 Plaintiffs appeal as of right the final judgment entered by the trial court in this Open Meetings Act (OMA), MCL 15.261 et seq ., action. Specifically, plaintiffs challenge the trial court's award of attorney fees. For the reasons stated herein, we vacate the trial court's order and remand for further proceedings.

I. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
