MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR TURNOVER
JANICE MILLER KARLIN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the Trustee’s Motion for Turnover. 1 The Trustee seeks an order requiring Debtors to turn over to the Chapter 7 Trustee for administration any and all per capita distributions, and the payment advices relative to those distributions, received subsequent to the Order of Conversion on November 14, 2005. 2 The parties have submitted stipulations of facts and briefs on this matter, and the Court is now ready to rule.
