Each appellant was found guilty by a jury in the Criminal Court of Baltimore of breaking a storehouse and stealing goods of the value of $5 and upwards and sentenced to six years “consecutive with any sentence for Violation of Parole.”
Richardson claims error in that the trial court admitted evidence seized by an illegal arrest. Clark claims error in that the trial court admitted in evidence a statement made by him but not disclosed in an answer to a motion for discovery and a statement made by a witness.
