Michael G. Baker, Jr., Teresa Baker, and Michael G. Baker, Sr. (“the Bakers”) appeal from a judgment allowing American International South Ins. Co. (“American”) to intervene and set aside a default judgment that had been entered against Ricky L. Lee (“Lee”).

Michael G. Baker, Jr. was involved in an automobile accident and was injured when the vehicle he was riding in was struck by a vehicle driven by Lee.
