The defendant appeals from a judgment imposing a fine of $100 and costs in a complaint charging her with driving an automobile under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of Section 47 of the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, Ill Rev Stats 1963, chap 95½, par 144. The defendant urges that the People did not prove her guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
