Weston Orlando Park, Inc., Weston Orlando Hotel, Inc., Weston Orlando Five, Inc., Pablo A. Marulanda, Alicia Marulan-da, and Fugleberg Koch Architects, Inc. appeal from a final summary judgment of foreclosure entered in favor of Fairwinds Credit Union.
