The plaintiff, Turbocare Division of De-mag Delaval Turbomachinery Corp. (“plaintiff’), has brought suit against General Electric Co. (“defendant”), for the alleged infringement of U.S. Patent No. 4,436,311 (“the ’311 patent”), which is directed to a shaft sealing system for fluid turbines.
