OPINION

PAUL PRESSLER, Justice.

Appellant was found guilty by a jury of aggravated sexual assault. He also had a prior conviction for burglary of a habitation. The court assessed punishment of life in the Texas Department of Corrections. We affirm.

On August 7, 1985 at approximately 10:00 p.m., the victim went to a local convenience store. As she was returning home, appellant approached her pretending he had mistaken her for someone he knew.
