The board of county commissioners of Douglas county, by a vote of two to one, disallowed the verified claim of Madan for salary as deputy county clerk. He appealed to the district court under the provisions of sections 8702 and 8703, C. L. 1921; the case was tried to the court and his claim allowed. The board brings error and asks for a supersedeas.
