In this action which seeks to enforce the terms of a settlement agreement, plaintiff moves inter alia, for summary judgment on its complaint; for an order requiring defendant to post a bond in the amount of at least $48,000 to secure the payment of any judgment; for an order striking defendant’s verified answer, amended answer and two affirmative defenses; for an order denying defendant disclosure; and for an award of attorneys’ fees.
