This action was commenced to recover damages for personal injuries and property damages sustained by claimant at about 10:00 p.m. on April 8, 1958 when an automobile owned and operated by her skidded by reason of the slippery condition of Irving Bridge on Route 5 and 20, a four-lane highway.
