This is an action by Columbus Humrichous against John W. Thomas, to recover damages for the wrongful alienation of the affections of appellant’s wife by the appellee. It was filed in the Vermillion Circuit Court, June 7, 1906, thereafter venued to the Parke Circuit Court, then venued to the Superior Court of Vigo County.
