(dissenting) : On January 2, 1932, Peoples State Bank of South Carolina, having branch banks over the entire State, and one at Greer, known as Peoples State Bank of South Carolina (Greer branch), closed its doors for business, at which time and among the assets of said branch bank was a note of Greer Presbyterian Church, an unincorporated association, payable to said branch in the amount of $2,100.00; the due date being February S, 1932.
