This is an action by the Marr-Piper Company, a corporation, of El Paso, Tex., against Josephine W. Bullis, of San Antonio, Tex., and Frank G. Alderete, of El Paso, Tex., for commissions claimed to be due appellee on account of the sale of certain real estate owned by Mrs. Bullis in the city of El Paso, Tex., to the said Frank G. Alderete.
