Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the *647New York State Liquor Authority, dated April 22, 1987, which, after a hearing, suspended the petitioner’s liquor license for 10 days.

Adjudged that the petition is granted, the determination is annulled, on the law, and the charges are dismissed, with costs.
