Appeal from an amended decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed May 23, 2012, which ruled, among other things, that Beef & Bourbon, LLC was solely liable for workers’ compensation benefits paid to claimant.

On June 14, 2008, claimant was a passenger in an employer-sponsored van, returning from her place of employment in Orange County to her home in New Jersey, when the van crashed, killing three people and injuring 11.
