The plaintiffs, who are the appellants, brought this action to recover possession of a strip of ground 22.8 feet *9wide, along the westerly side of lot 58 of the river front, •according to the original survey of the town, now city, of Reno, and for $1,200 damages for detention and rents. The defendants pleaded estoppel and the statute of limitations. The appeal is from a judgment in their favor.
