MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court after Hearing on Debtor’s Objection to the Motion for Relief from Stay by United Home Federal. At the Hearing the parties had the opportunity to argue their respective positions and present evidence they wished the Court to consider in reaching its decision.
