MANTON, Circuit Judge.
The patent in suit is for a method in the art of heating, and was applied for April 25, 1904, and granted May 5, 1908. The object of the invention is said to bo to provide a reliable, efficient, and inexpensive method of heating whereby an equable temperature is maintained without necessary waste of energy.
