DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY

This cause was heard upon the record in the trial court. Each error assigned has been reviewed and the following disposition is made: {¶ 1} Stanley Dobrski, Jr. pleaded no contest to six charges of rape, six charges of gross sexual imposition, and one charge of kidnapping. The trial court's journal entry incorrectly recited that he had pleaded guilty to the charges against him and did not include a finding that he was guilty. In that entry, the trial court sentenced him to a total of 18 years imprisonment and classified him a sexual predator. He has argued on appeal…
