OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Jamie Burdette, brings these appeals from the December 20, 2005 judgments of the Court of Common Pleas, Allen County, Ohio, granting permanent custody to appellee, Allen County Children Services Board ("ACCSB"). The trial court had previously granted permanent custody to ACCSB in its judgment entry filed August 4, 2004.
