Kathleen Rintelman and her husband David Rintelman appeal the summary judgment dismissing their claims against the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, Inc., and its insurer, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, and the Ozaukee County NAACR n/k/a NAACP of Mequon, and its insurer, Capitol Indemnity Corporation. The Rintel-mans' claims stem from Mrs. Rintelman's fall while she was helping to chaperon Unifest 2000, an educational retreat for young adults.
