OPINION

MUIR, District Judge.

On March 16, 1978, a 14-count indictment was handed down charging Pray with violations of 15 U.S.C. §§ 78h(b) & 78j(b), 17 C.F.R. § 240.8c-l and 240.10b-5, and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 1341, 1961, 1962(c), 1963 & 2314. On April 11, 1978, Pray filed a motion for the extension of the time period set forth in ¶ 3.6 of the Order of this Court dated March 20, 1978 which governs the filing of briefs in support of pre-trial motions.
