Plaintiff Stephen Leight brings this action against Defendant Union Security Insurance Company under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461 (ERISA), challenging the termination , of his long-term disability insurance benefits. Plaintiffs benefits were discontinued after two years because of a mental illness limitation in. his insurance policy. Both parties move for summary judgment.
