THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Defendant, Cruise Ship Excursions, Inc.’s (“CSE[’s]”) Motion to Strike and/or Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Prayer for Relief (“Motion”) [ECF No. 50], filed on December 14, 2015.
