On March 7, 1972, plaintiff Charles L. Hardtke filed a complaint in federal court stating four distinct causes of action premised upon defendants’ 1 alleged violations of certain provisions of the Securities Act of 1933, 15 U.S.C. § 77a et seq., the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78a et seq., and the Wisconsin Uniform Securities Law, Wis.Stats. sec. 551.01 et seq.
