This appeal primarily concerns the admissibility, as evidence in a criminal trial, of the business records of a pyramid swindle scheme. Lois and Donald Sanders were the masterminds of the scheme. They have pled guilty to criminal fraud and other misconduct. In related proceedings, on the State’s appeal, we remanded their cases for resentencing. State v. Sanders, 107 N.J. 609 (1987).
