It appeared in and by the first annual account of Henry Waterhouse Trust Company, Limited, guardian of the property of Mary Ann Wharton and Alexander K. Wharton, minors, that there had come into the hands of said guardian cash representing capital at the inception of the trust in the sum of $5960.06, upon which the guardian had charged a commission at the rate of 2y2 per cent, on the receipt thereof.
