SAMUEL, Judge.

This is a suit for damages resulting from a rear-end automobile collision. Plaintiff is the owner of one of the cars involved and the father of a sixteen year old minor who was injured in the collision. The defendant is the liability insurer of the other vehicle.

After a trial on the merits there was judgment against the defendant awarding to the plaintiff, individually, $269 for medical expenses and $270 for damages to his automobile, and awarding to the plaintiff, for the use and benefit of his minor son, $2,-700 for personal injuries and $230.40 for loss of earnings.
